Since 2020, wakame seaweed has been cultivated in Zeeland. Seaweed is wonderfully sustainable: seaweed simply gets its nutrition from the water and also absorbs CO2 and returns oxygen. Healthy alternative to salt, because it has a salty taste but little sodium. Easy and versatile to use. Sprinkle it over your fish, salad, tomato, egg dish, soups or sauces.
