The Bastiaansen cheese factory is located in Molenschot in Brabant. The tastiest cheeses are made here every day from grass milk. The goats spend more time outdoors than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the tastiest milk and therefore cheese. This young goat cheese has matured for at least 4 weeks and has a very mild taste with a pleasant acidity. Delicious in toasted sandwiches, omelettes, on pizza and with potato gratin.
