The Bastiaansen cheese factory is located in Molenschot in Brabant. The tastiest cheeses are made here every day from grass milk. The goats spend more time outdoors than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the tastiest milk and therefore cheese. This special cheese is a combination of a traditional Gouda recipe for goat cheese with the French Roquefort mold. The result? A fresh and mild blue-veined cheese. The cheese has a ripening process of 10 weeks, which allows the mold to develop properly in the taste.
