Palo Santo (Holy Wood) is used just like incense. This 100% pure wood has a wonderful and sweet scent when lit. Only kindling wood is used. Palo Santo is used in South America in rituals and to remove negative energy, but also simply because it smells wonderful. This Holy Wood from the Andes region is harvested locally with respect for nature and according to the principles of Fair Trade. Only branches that fall naturally from the trees are used. The wood then matures for 4-10 years before the magical scent is released. Light the end of the incense stick, blow out the flame. Place the stick on a bowl. Once lit, do not leave unattended. Ensure sufficient ventilation in the room.
